Delhi is set to witness India’s first-ever Dine Festival, Citi Dine Fest that is a 10-day multi-city culinary event platform between October 23, 2015 and November 1, 2015 ,featuring curated dining experiences at a fraction of a la carte rates at 15 of Delhi’s finest informal dining restaurants.
Drawing inspiration from India’s largest fine dining event, Restaurant Week India, Citi Dine Fest focuses on the finest informal dining experiences showcasing three-course prix fixe menus (with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options). The prices are fixed at INR 600 ++ per individual which is exclusive of applicable taxes and service as well as dishes ordered outside of the special Citi Dine Fest menu.
Citi cardholders will have the privilege of making advance reservations from October 16 whilst general reservations start from October 18, both exclusively through the Dine Fest website (www.dinefest.in).
The event is created and executed with much passion by Chefs Nachiket Shetye and Mangal Dalal, founders of Mumbai-based Cellar Door Hospitality. Cellar Door’s portfolio of culinary events includes Restaurant Week India, Food With Benefits, Cellar Door Kitchen and Chef’s Table Week. Citi Dine Fest will run twice a year henceforth, typically during April and October.
