The Third edition of the Mango fever “Mango Mandi” is back at Grand Mercure Bangalore. Starting from 8th of May, this edition of Mango Mandi will feature unique dishes from Executive Chef Sridhar Sigatapu. Hailing from Vishakapatnam, Chef Sridhar’s love for mangoes goes back to his childhood days. This year’s Mango Mandi is a tribute to mango lovers all around the world.

The menu will feature new and unique dishes like Chicken tikka and mango salad, Mango and shrimps momos, Tempura prawns with mango and chili dip, Kathal aur aam ka Milan. And of course, the dessert bar is something you do not want to miss. Chocolate and mango éclairs, Absolute mango mousse, Mango Eton mess, Mango, chocolate and berry tian and other such desserts will leave you wanting more.
